A Journey of Faith and Knowledge: Nooriya's Walimat Ceremony

The grand walimat ceremony of Fatima Idris Musa (Nooriya), organized by the family of Justice Alh. Musa Abdul, was a truly momentous occasion. Nooriya worked diligently and completed her basic education in Qu'arn and other important aspects of Islam as a Muslimat at Madarasatul Adabi Wa'Izharul Islam (MAWIS) School. This achievement was recognized and celebrated by several dignitaries, including the grandparents of Nooriya, the families of Dangis, the Makamas, the Ahman Patigis, and many other well-wishers.

The parents of Nooriya, Alhaji Idris Musa and Hajiya Asmau Makama - Idris Musa, were overjoyed and expressed their profound gratitude to Almighty Allah. They were especially proud that their 2nd child and daughter continued from her elder sister Khadija who laid a solid foundation for her siblings to follow. In their heartfelt speech, they extended their thanks to all those who graced the occasion and celebrated this important milestone in their lives. They also sent their prayers and sought blessings for everyone, be it those who traveled far to attend the event or those who sent their prayers from afar.

The parents earnestly prayed for Nooriya to be continually blessed with knowledge, both in Islam and Western education. They hope that her educational journey will lead her to even greater heights in the future. As the walimat drew to a close, well-wishers started with a resounding congratulatory message to Fatima Idris Musa, acknowledging her dedication and determination in pursuing her educational goals.
