Prof. Adamu Idris Manarakis, Prolific Nupe Indigenous Writer, Founder/Director Indigenous Languages Learning Centre (ILLEC) and Tashiru Nupe Professor (Honourary) Adamu Idris Manarakis, Nupe Indigenous Writer (niw), Tashiru Nupe and Founder/Director Indigenous Languages Learning Centre (ILLEC), was born and bred in Kpakungu, Minna, Niger State, on 6th May, 1988 to the blessed family of a Jurisprudent and great Historian of Nupe Dynasty (Bida Kingdom), Alhaji Idris Muhammad Bida (N'One) and a Trader, Hajiya Sa'adatu (Yannagi). The young Manarakis had his elementary education at Limawa Model Primary School, Minna. He gained admission into Ahmadu Bahago Secondary School, Minna, where he obtained the Junior secondary school certificate in 2005 and proceeded to Government Technical College Eyagi, Bida, for his SSCE Certificate in 2008.
