Within just four years in the House of Representatives, he established a legacy of impactful representation anchored on people centred interventions and sustainable development. His tenure was defined by tangible achievements, including: The facilitation of critical intervention projects and strategic road rehabilitations across several communities. The repair of the Wuya Bridge, a vital infrastructure that restored mobility and revived economic activities in the area. The facilitation of repairs on the Bida Mokwa Road through Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA). Swift intervention and delivery of relief materials to flood victims in riverine communities of Mokwa Local Government Area. Provision of relief support to victims of windstorms in Lagun. Timely support and relief assistance to victims of the Kudu tanker explosion.

Beyond emergency interventions, Hon. Mohammed Sani Idris Legbo Kutigi prioritised economic empowerment and human capacity development through: Robust empowerment programmes, including the distribution of tricycles (Keke Napep), motorcycles, sewing machines, and grinding machines to economically empower youths and women. Sponsorship of students and artisans to the United Kingdom, the Philippines, and Malaysia for specialised studies, postgraduate programmes, and vocational training of their choice. Established ICT centre for training and restraining of youths on digital knowledge. Provision of over 400 laptops to students of the School of Agriculture, Mokwa, and the Niger State Polytechnic, Zungeru (Bida Campus). As Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Paramilitary Affairs, he facilitated employment opportunities for numerous unemployed youths into the military, customs, civil defence, police, immigration, FRSC, and FIRS, many of whom are today senior officers in their respective services. He also facilitated specialised training for youths in marine welding, equipping them with relevant, employable skills.

Quarterly visitation to general hospitals to foot medical bills of the sick. Provision of festive palliative for both Muslims and Christians. In the area of social infrastructure, his interventions included the renovation of places of worship (Manbe, Sakpe, Dabban, among others), rural electrification projects, construction and rehabilitation of classrooms in Bokani and Kutigi, renovation of health facilities such as the Etsu Tasha Primary Health Centre, and the provision of portable drinking water to underserved communities in Mokwa Central, Charati community and beyond. Ajiyan Kutigi consistently organised town hall meetings with elders, youths, women, and security agencies listening attentively to their concerns and providing practical, lasting solutions.
