We'll Be Lucky To Have Bago As Our Number One citizen In Niger State- Chata
Former Banker, Abdulrahman JG Mohammed strongly believes that Hon. Bago will be the best thing to happen to Niger state if he's elected governor. The founder, Chata Foundation, who is also a politician, administrator and humanitarian has a passion to help people and change the narrative from negative to positive. He spoke with TMG on these issues and more:

AJGM》My name is Abdulrahman JG Mohammed, popularly known as Chata JG. I was once a Banker, now a Politician and Administrator.
TMG 》Why the interest in politics?
AJGM》I am into politics to help humanity and change the narrative from negative to positive. One can either make a positive or negative change in politics.
We are here to make a positive impact, by Allah's will.
TMG》What values are you adding differently from other politicians as a former Banker and Administrator
AJGM》Politics comprises of all sectors of life. We play politics even in our homes. Banking and politics go hand in hand. Based on my experience and expertise in the financial sector, new and innovative strategies will come to play and that will add to the bottom line of our state's economy.
TMG》You are CEO of Chata Foundation, a humanitarian NGO based in Minna. Is there anything your NGO is doing differently and what are the benefits?
AJGM》Chata Foundation has been in existence for quite a while and headed by my dear friends; Mohammed Abdulkadir (chairman) and Abbas Yusuf Sadoh as the secretary. We have done so many things within and outside Minna. The foundation's main target is to touch the lives of the less privileged or vulnerable in our society. It's a statement of fact that we have done so much and are still doing alot in order to achieve our set targets. (I've included here some pictures of our projects.)
TMG》You are a supporter of Rt.Hon. Umaru Bago, the governoship candidate in Niger state; what do you see in him differently compared to other candidates?
AJG》He is a down-to-earth individual and honestly, he knows what will make the state one of the very best in the county. He's a human capacity builder, a seasoned administrator, team player and a realist. His excellency in the making is quite different from other candidates. All you need to do is get close to him and see his plans for our dear state. We shall be lucky to have him as our number one citizen in Niger state.
TMG》Can you elaborate more on Bago as APC candidate and the chances of him becoming the next Governor of Niger State?
AJG》The chances of Bago becoming the next governor of our dear state are very high. Remember that he was in the financial sector, he his also a graduate of political science and 3 -time member of House of Representatives. What else do we require from a leader? He's a young, strong and vibrant man who has all the qualities of a great leader and, in shaa Allah, he will be our next governor.
TMG》How far have you gone in your campaign to reach out to people for him?
AJG》Consultations, mobilisations and team work are on going to achieve a common goal which is to make our dear brother achieve his aim. Grassroots' campaigns are also in progress at the moment.
TMG》What is your ultimate motive to see Bago succeed?
AJG》As campaigns have begun, the level of acceptability is high and on the increase. May Allah make it easy for us at all time.
TMG》How would you view Niger State from 2023 when Bago becomes Governor?
AJG》A strong blue print is in place and judging by his intentions, alot of success will be recorded. Government reorganisation is a key priority and it shall be to our dear state's advantage. Success, team work and commitment will definitely be our watch words
TMG》What advice can you give Nigerlites to vote for Bago as the best candidate?
AJG》My dear Nigerlites, vote for a strong and reliable, honest individual who is a team player and a man whose ability is critical to the success of APC in our dear state. May Allah accept our prayers and bring the required change in our dear state.
