Ahmadu Sardauna Ahman Pategi is gone but never forgotten. All that's left is nothing but memories; memories that lead to silence and tears but also those that leave comfort in knowing that, in his short time on earth, he has touched many lives with his goodness.  TakeMyGist, family and friends are inspired by the virtues of late Ahmadu Sardauna Ahman Pategi who was assassinated on 15th of August 2002. It is a bittersweet feeling that in death, they still talk of his good nature. Surely it was the will of Allah that Ahmadu Sardauna Ahman Pategi should return to him when the applause was loudest. Allahu Akbar. May your sweet and gentle soul rest in peace and may your good legacies continue to live on in your children. The personality and qualities of political leaders has long been acknowledged as an important element of politics and influence on political attitudes and behaviour. In more recent decades, academic attention has turned towards how the expectations that citizens have of politicians determine these important dynamics. This increasing attention has been accompanied by the argument that these expectations and evaluations have become even more important over time, as partisanship in the electorate has declined dramatically. Citizens are less tied by loyalty to a party or candidate and thus might be more engaged in a process of judgement abou...
