Culinary Skills for a Brighter Future: 2-Day Training Program in Bida, Powered by Bola Tinubu Support Organization
The Bola Tinubu Support Organization (BTSO) in collaboration with Chef BK Culinary and Event Management recently launched a 2-day culinary training and mentorship program. The event, themed "Indonesian Delight," brought together aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts to explore the art of creating delicious dishes.
On the first day, participants learned how to prepare Indonesian Grilled Chuckleheads Fish served with Potato Casserole, Peppered Dipping with Sweet Chilli Salad. The training was designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the food industry.
The program aims to contribute to the economic development of Bida Local Government Area by empowering individuals with culinary skills. The training is being held at the Late Alhaji Ndaman Ndayako (Antiga) Residence, Poly Junction Area, Bida, Niger State.
The second day of the training promises to be just as exciting, with Chef BK sharing more culinary secrets. The menu for the day includes Egg Fried Rice, Curry Chicken, Potato Insalata, and Singapore Noodles.
The program is sponsored by Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Kuso (Dan Wadata Nupe), ED Planning Design UNRBDA, in honor of all Bida APC flag bearers in the forthcoming council election. The event is being well-received, with participants expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to learn and grow.
The training is a testament to the commitment of the organizers to empower individuals with culinary skills and contribute to the economic development of the region.
