Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Kuso Shines at Mission Africa & WWMRA Award Gala Night 2025: A Night of Excellence and Unity
The Mission Africa & WWMRA Award Gala Night and 2025 Conference was a huge success, bringing together distinguished guests and thought leaders to celebrate African excellence and unity. The event, held at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, featured discussions, awards, and a gala night, focusing on Africa's socio-economic growth.
The event's theme, "Enhancing Africa's Worth Through Economic Integration," drove conversations on business integration, trade, women empowerment, and education. The Convener and Founder of Mission Africa, Temitope Victoria Adasonla, showcased exceptional leadership in promoting African unity.
The Mission Africa & WWMRA Award Gala Night 2025 was a night of honour, celebration, and recognition. Outstanding leaders and achievers across diverse sectors were honoured for their remarkable contributions and excellence in service. Dr. Abubakar Abdullahi Kuso (Dan Wadatan Nupe) stood out among the distinguished awardees.
Dr. Kuso, Executive Director of Urban & Design at the Upper Niger River Basin Development Authority and Founder of the Bola Tinubu Support Organization (BTSO), received his award amidst highly respected dignitaries. His contributions to national progress and community development were underscored by his exceptional visionary leadership and commitment to national development.
Dr. Kuso is a distinguished Nigerian humanitarian, philanthropist, and public administrator. He has made significant contributions to national progress and community development, earning him the title of Dan Wadatan Nupe.
Dr. Kuso was accompanied by a strong and united delegation reflecting loyalty, capacity, and shared purpose, including BTSO State Coordinators from Lagos, Sokoto, and Ogun States, showcasing BTSO's national spread, inclusiveness, and consistent grassroots impact. The distinguished entourage included Dr. Aminu Yusuf, Chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), who served as Chairman of the Occasion, Hajiya Maryam Hali, Acting National Coordinator, Ahman Baba Makama, CEO, TakeMyGist (TMG), Mohammad Kudu Ndayako (Chef BK), Sarauniya Wakka Bago and her musical team also Dr. Kuso media team lead by Ruqaiya Evuti, and dedicated members of BTSO from Niger State. This award is more than recognition; it is a reflection of BTSO's legacy of producing leaders who embody service, integrity, loyalty, and capacity. It reaffirms that our mission goes beyond politics; it is about nation-building, community impact, and contributing meaningfully to Africa's development agenda.
