Firdausi》》The inspiration behind MABfabrics came from my love for fashion and beautiful materials. I've always been passionate about how fabrics can bring out confidence and elegance in people. The journey has been exciting, though not without challenges. I've learned so much about business, consistency, and how to build strong relationships with customers.

TMG>> What makes MABfabrics unique compared to other fabric sellers in the market?

Firdausi》》MABfabrics is unique because of the quality I bring to every sale. I carefully select every fabric to make sure it stands out, and I guide customers to choose what truly suits them. My goal is not just to sell, but to help people look and feel their best.

TMG>> Can you tell us more about the different types of fabrics you sell, such as Lafayas, silk, and mesh? What's popular among customers?

Firdausi》》I sell a wide range of fabrics, including Lafayas, silks, mesh, chiffon, and vintage. Among all, vintage fabrics are the most popular because they're elegant and perfect. Silks are also very much in demand because of their smooth texture and classy appearance.

TMG>> How do you source your fabrics, and do you have any plans to expand your supplier network?

Firdausi》》I currently source my fabrics from reliable suppliers in Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, and sometimes I import from abroad. Yes, I'm working on expanding my supplier network, so I can bring in more unique and luxurious fabrics.

TMG>> What's the pricing strategy for MABfabrics, and do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Firdausi》》My pricing is based on quality, I make sure customers get value for what they pay. I will also offer discounts during special events to appreciate loyal customers and attract new ones.

TMG>> How do customers typically engage with MABfabrics - is it mostly online, in-store, or a mix of both?

Firdausi》》It's a mix of both. I have a physical space in Bida for customers who like to shop in person, and I also sell online through Instagram and WhatsApp. Many of my customers outside Bida prefer online orders, and I make sure delivery is smooth and fast.

TMG>> What are your plans for expanding MABfabrics this year, and are there any new products in the pipeline?

Firdausi》》Yes, I'm planning to expand MABfabrics by bringing in exclusive new collections and introducing my own custom fabric line under the MAB brand. I also hope to open another outlet soon and reach more customers nationwide.

TMG>> How do you ensure the quality of your fabrics, and what's the return/exchange policy?

Firdausi》》Before selling, I personally check each fabric to make sure it's in perfect condition. If a customer receives a fabric that doesn't meet their expectation, I allow returns or exchanges within a short period. Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to me.

Firdausi》》My main target customers are fashion-forward ladies who are passionate about staying on-trend and looking their best. They're individuals who value quality, style, and elegance, and are willing to invest in high-quality fabrics that make them stand out. I also cater to tailors, who are the backbone of the fashion industry, and understand the importance of sourcing top-notch materials that bring their designs to life.
