As Wadata APC Honors Farmer Governor Umaru Bago and Hon. Saeed Musa Abdullahi for Outstanding Leadership in Niger State

The All Progressives Congress (APC) of Wadata Ward in Bida, Niger State, recently honored Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago (Turakin Nupe) and Member representing Bida/Gbako/Katcha Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Saeed Musa Abdullahi, SMA (Gwarzon Nupe) in a special event. The event highlighted the exceptional progress and development achievements of Governor Bago in areas such as agriculture, healthcare and prioritize party structure. His dedication to delivering dividends of democracy was commended by party members, who expressed pride in his leadership. Governor Bago was recognized for his efforts and was assured of unwavering support for his second term reelection.

Rt. Hon. Saeed Musa Abdullahi was also praised for his outstanding representation and people-oriented leadership during his two terms in office. Some elders within the party are calling for his third term reelection, acknowledging his valuable contributions to his constituents. Both Governor Bago and Rt. Hon. SMA were presented with awards for their excellence and recognition of their efforts in serving the people of Niger State.

The event also included philanthropic activities such as the distribution of education kits to primary schools, cash donations to widows and vulnerable individuals and the presentation of mats and Qurans to mosques in Wadata Ward. The importance of supporting and retaining performing politicians, especially legislators, for sustainable development was emphasized by the Guest Speaker, Rt. Hon. Isah Kawu.

Prominent personalities in attendance included Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Mu'azu Jantabo; Commissioner of Works and Infrastructure, Hon. Suleiman Umaru; Chairman, Bida LGA, Hon. Bala Shaba; Chairman, Katcha LGA, Hon. Zubairu Mohammed Essa; and various other members of the APC and community leaders. The support and recognition from their constituents were acknowledged by Governor Bago and Rt. Hon. SMA, who expressed gratitude and a commitment to continue serving their communities. The event showcased the unity and dedication of APC members in Niger State in promoting good governance and development initiatives.
